Welcome to FunLearnAcademy. By enrolling your child in our offline tuition batches, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms help us ensure a smooth and effective learning experience for all students.
Enrollment & Admission
- Admission is granted based on seat availability in a specific batch.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full or first installment fee payment.
- Accurate student details (name, class, subject choice, contact info) must be provided at the time of registration.
Class Timings & Schedule
- Classes are conducted at our physical tuition center as per the announced schedule.
- FunLearnAcademy reserves the right to modify class timings, schedules, or batches when necessary:
- Reschedule class timings if needed.
- Delay classes by 10–15 minutes in case of unavoidable delays.
- Cancel/postpone classes due to bad weather (e.g., heavy rain), local emergencies, health issues of the tutor, or other unforeseen situations.
- Any changes will be informed to parents/students via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp in advance.
- The institute reserves the right to modify class timings, schedules, or batches when necessary.
Batch Cancellation or Merging
- A batch may be canceled or merged if the number of enrolled students is below the minimum requirement.
- In such cases, parents can:
- Shift the student to another active batch, or
- Request a full refund of the paid fee.
Refund Policy
We follow a strict but fair refund policy for offline classes:
- A refund will be processed only if all the below conditions are met:
- The student has attended only one class after enrollment.
- A refund request is made within 4 days of fee payment.
No refund will be entertained:
- If the student has attended more than one class.
- If more than 4 days have passed since fee payment.
- For student absenteeism or voluntary withdrawal.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
Student Responsibilities
- Students must attend classes regularly and be punctual.
- Students are expected to carry their own notebooks, pens, and textbooks.
- Respectful behavior towards teachers and fellow students is mandatory.
- Misbehavior, repeated absenteeism, or creating disturbance may lead to termination of enrollment without a refund.
Study Material & Usage
- Any notes or worksheets provided by FunLearnAcademy are for personal use only.
- Copying, sharing, or reproducing study material without permission is not allowed.
Safety & Emergency Situations
- In case of medical emergencies or any safety concerns, parents will be informed immediately.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring that students are dropped and picked up on time.
- FunLearnAcademy is not responsible for students outside of class hours.
Institute Liability
- FunLearnAcademy is committed to providing quality education but does not guarantee specific academic results.
- We are not responsible for:
- Student’s personal belongings lost, misplaced, or stolen during classes.
- Any injuries, health issues, or accidents that may occur while traveling to or from the tuition center.
- External factors (power cuts, natural calamities, internet outages, etc.) that may affect class delivery.
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring the safe commute of their children to and from the center.
Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect student/parent information (name, contact number, address) only for academic and administrative purposes.
- All information is kept secure and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling your child and paying the tuition fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
