Order Policy

At FunLearnAcademy, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent enrollment process for all students. By enrolling in our offline classes, you agree to the following policies regarding registration, payments, and refunds:

Enrollment & Registration

  • Admission to any course is confirmed only after successful payment of the required fees.
  • Seats in a batch are subject to availability and will be allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • After payment, students will receive confirmation details (batch timings, venue, and start date) through email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

Payment Terms

  • Fees must be paid in full or as per the specified installment plan before the commencement of classes.
  • Payments once made are non-transferable to another student or course.
  • Any applicable taxes, if introduced in the future, will be borne by the student/guardian.

Refund Policy

  • A refund will only be granted if:
    • The student has attended only one class
    • A refund request is submitted within 4 days of payment.
  • After the above period or if more than one class has been attended, no refund will be provided.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be entertained.

Class Cancellations & Changes

  • FunLearnAcademy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class/batch due to unavoidable reasons (low enrollment, faculty unavailability, emergencies, etc.).
  • In such cases, students may be shifted to another batch or offered a full refund of fees (if classes have not yet commenced).
  • Students will be informed of any changes via the registered contact details.

Student Responsibility

  • Students/guardians are responsible for ensuring that the details provided (contact number, email, etc.) are correct for timely communication.
  • Once registered, students must adhere to the class schedule and attendance rules as per our Terms & Conditions.

Institute Liability

  • FunLearnAcademy will provide quality offline classes as per the syllabus outlined.
  • However, the institute is not liable for a student’s academic performance, exam results, or outcomes beyond the classroom teaching provided.
  • We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during classes.
